Obviously the king of Michigan felt a need to 'clarify' his decision to change the rule about definition of a 'facility,' so he went to MDN where only 150 or so residents are affected... as opposed to the Tittabawassee River floodplain in Saginaw County, where over 400 residents are affected. We cannot let this little dictator carry so much power over private residential properties in Michigan. We must move forward with the legislation and get it passed in the Michigan Senate.
